              About the Artwork
This Web Site offers for sale, prints from  a portfolio of
graphite, (pencil), drawings depicting the aircraft flown
by the UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS. They are
normally available in either 8.5"x 11" or 5"x 7" sizes,
suitable for framing. However, custom sizes 11.7" x
16.5" and 13"x 19" prints are also available.
Please
note that the sizes mentioned above are the sizes
of the
paper. The image will be somewhat smaller in
order to allow your print to be Matted and Framed
properly.
If you need a specific image size, please let me know
so that I can accommodate your requirements.
 Any
print can be customized with squadron identification
and or numbers for a small additional charge, usually
$10
All prints for sale are on acid free, heavyweight art
paper to increase archival properties.

About the Artist
Colonel Frank DuBose, USMCR (Ret), spent 30
years flying many of the aircraft depicted in this
site.  As a Vietnam veteran, he  brings to his
drawings the detailed environment in which these
machines must survive.  He often includes in his
work the vital human element of the individual
Marine, whether it is the air crewman or the
rifleman on the ground
.
